We installed our pipe kit and a boost controller on another X today. The exhaust system, intercooler and everything else on the car is completely stock.
It baselined at 228/234 and went up to 249/268 with the pipes installed. Adding a boost controller brought the power to 311/288. Those numbers were SAE.
We redesigned our 3″ intake pipe kit so it fits with the stock intercooler piping as well as our complete pipe kit.
$275 for the intake pipe, silicone, clamps and modified MAF housing.
The adjustable Forge BOV is now available with our kit for an additional $50.

Another 18hp/23 torque overall with 40 more of each in the mid range. We’re 104hp over stock to the wheels and the fuel is still a mess. The the cat really hurt performance as it heated up on the dyno. Now, it will make that power all day long.
We’re still on the stock FMIC but we plan on testing a new one next week.
We just finished our EVO X exhaust system. It’s full stainless steel with 3″ piping and a 4″ tip. It comes in two section and is joined by a v-band clamp.
310/282 with the new cat-back system installed. That’s another 17hp for a total of 86hp over stock. The cat is really hurting power and the a/f ratio is still stuck at 10.0.
A cat-delete pipe, downpipe and some fuel tuning are next.

We just finished up our complete pipe kit and we’re having the first run of them mandrel bent on Monday. We’ll post up as soon as we have them.

A typical day involves 10 cars with a minimum of 3 pulls per car for $750. Call for availability and details. Special pricing for individuals willing to set up the day for their group.
